Authorities are stepping up their investigation into the shocking death of a 14-year-old boy who fell from the 34th floor of an unfinished apartment at the Trilogy Towers in Limassol. The circumstances surrounding the tragedy remain unclear, raising urgent questions about how the minor accessed the high-rise and whether he was alone at the time.

The scene remains under police guard as members of the Criminal Investigation Service, along with the Labor Inspection Department, are set to conduct further examinations today. Investigators will analyze closed-circuit surveillance footage and take statements to piece together the boy’s final moments.

Among the personal belongings found at the scene was a bottle of alcohol, further deepening the mystery. Officials are also looking into safety measures at the construction site, given that exterior work on the 34th floor had been completed, with only interior work still pending.

The heartbreaking incident has sparked widespread concern, with authorities vowing to leave no stone unturned in their search for answers.
