Newsroom

Cobalt Air continues its European expansion this month with another inaugural flight on Friday.

The company’s Airbus A319/320 with 144 economy seats will operate its first Larnaca-Copehagen flight, bringing the total repertoire of destinations to 21 in 12 countries.

The LCA-CPH service will run twice a week, Tuesday and Friday, connecting the amazing Scandinavian city with the sunshine of the charming south mediterrnean.

Andrew Madar, the CEO of Cobalt Air, said the company’s aim is to offer great value and service, adding that most of the crew are from Cyprus, “which means that your holiday and a warm Cypriot welcome starts the moment you board the aircraft.”

Copenhagen Airport’s director of airline sales, Morten Tranberg Mortensen, pointed out that Cobalt, as an ever-expanding carrier, is bringing Copenhagen closer to the sun.

“More connectivity to the sun is always welcome,” he said.

A limited number of seats is available as special deals over the Easter period. For more details, customers may go online at www.cobalt.aero, visit their local travel agent or call the company at 0330.808.0430.
