Police are investigating after a body in an advanced state of decomposition was found in an apartment in Larnaca.
The discovery was made after the Fire Service forced entry into the residence because of a strong foul odor.
Authorities are carrying out all procedures required under the relevant protocol, while examinations are underway to identify the deceased.
