Authorities in the Famagusta district are looking into a shooting incident that targeted two residences in Ayia Napa during the early hours of Thursday.
According to police information, the attack occurred at approximately 2:00 a.m., when gunfire was directed at two neighboring homes belonging to a 67-year-old and a 60-year-old. Preliminary findings indicate that multiple rounds were fired with a firearm, three striking one property and four hitting the other.
The shootings caused visible damage to the exterior walls of both houses. No injuries have been reported.
Investigators from the Famagusta Criminal Investigation Department (CID) are continuing their inquiries to determine the circumstances and those responsible.
