Now, modern problems require modern solutions, but I don't know what solution you got for this heat! You walk outside today, and bam! Seasonal low pressure is sitting out there on the block, minding everybody else's business.
It’s gonna be mostly clear out there today, but around midday, the clouds start creeping in like somebody trying to sneak into the VIP section without a wristband. If you're up in the mountains, you might catch a quick little pop-up rain shower, just to mess up your day.
Look at how these temperatures are disrespecting everybody across the island:
Inland plains: 37°C. Man, 37 degrees! That ain't regular heat, that's "your thighs sticking to the plastic chair" heat!
Southern and eastern coasts: Clocking in at 33°C. Sticky and sweaty, plain and simple.
Western and northern coasts: Sitting at 31°C. They call that the "nice" part, but you're still gonna be wiping your forehead every five minutes.
Higher Troodos Mountains: Reaching 27°C. The only place on the whole island where you can breathe without an air conditioner!
Mornings start out real soft; light, variable breezes at 3 Beaufort. But by afternoon, the wind shifts around to the southwest and northwest at 3 to 4 Beaufort. And if you're down on the southern coast, it’s gonna kick up to a strong Force 4 or 5. The sea is staying slightly rough, just watching everybody sweat.
Tonight, the sun finally goes away, but the air stays heavy. Skies stay mainly clear, but you're gonna see some low clouds hanging around. By the early morning hours, patches of light fog are gonna roll right into the inland and southeastern areas. Winds shift from the northwest to northeast at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and the sea stays slightly rough.
Friday (tomorrow) and the weekend: More of the exact same thing, clear mornings with clouds showing up around midday just to tease you. Temperatures are gonna gradually creep up even higher over the weekend, staying strictly above the seasonal average. So keep your AC cranked up, stay inside, and try not to melt out there!
