It’s getting hotter AND the dust is coming back

Here’s what’s happening with the weather.

Newsroom

Guess what?! The weather is getting warmer, and it’s bringing all kinds of exciting changes! A cozy high-pressure system and a warm air mass are moving in, and starting Sunday, we’ll even see some dust floating through the air like glitter!

Today is going to be so nice! The sky will be mostly clear, like a big blue canvas, with some cool, high clouds drifting around like cotton candy. The winds will blow gently from the southwest to northwest, just enough to make the trees dance, at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and a little lighter and more playful in the morning. But wait! In the afternoon, especially along the southwest coast, things could get a little breezy, with winds picking up to 4 or 5 Beaufort. The sea? It’s going to be calm and peaceful, maybe a tiny bit wavy in the southwest later on.

And the temperatures! It's going to feel so warm and sunny, like a perfect day to play outside! We’re talking about 35°C inland (whew!), around 27°C on the west coast, 28°C up north, 31°C along the rest of the coast, and a refreshing 24°C up in the mountains!

Tonight, things will calm down and be super chill. The sky will stay mostly clear (perfect for star-watching!), with gentle winds from the west and northwest, maybe even a little from the north in some places, at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will stay nice and calm too. The nighttime air will cool down to 19°C inland, 20°C in the southeast and east, 17°C along the other coasts, and 14°C in the mountains (brrr, sweater time!).

And here comes the best part, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are going to be amazing! The skies will stay mostly clear, with more of those magical, high-up clouds floating by now and then.

And the temperatures? They’re climbing day by day, all the way through Sunday! It’s going to feel way warmer than usual for this time of year, like summer showing up early just to surprise us!
