The incident occurred around 10 p.m. Wednesday on a road in Chloraka, when the 34-year-old was traveling in a car with a 46-year-old and a 40-year-old passenger. According to police, a vehicle driven by the suspect allegedly overtook their car, struck the front right side, and then blocked their path by stopping in front of them.

The suspect and a 36-year-old passenger exited their vehicle. The 39-year-old was allegedly holding a metal chain, and the 36-year-old was reportedly armed with a metal pipe.
