Strovolos residents startled by police vehicle inferno

Authorities were put on alert after a fire broke out in a vehicle around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27th, in Strovolos.

According to reports, the vehicle belongs to a member of the Police Force and was parked outside their residence. Firefighters rushed to the scene and brought the fire under control shortly afterward.

The causes of the fire are currently under investigation by both the Police and Fire Department.
