On Thursday, April 11, 2024, the SPP Media Group building will shine in vibrant yellow, a beacon of solidarity.

Press Release

For the 49th consecutive year, the Cyprus Cancer Society is organizing the Christodoula March, a monumental campaign aimed at raising awareness about cancer-related issues within Cypriot society. Under the rallying cry "Be there," the Cyprus Cancer Society, in partnership with the Bank of Cyprus, invites us all to join hands in supporting the 49th Christodoula March.

With an unwavering commitment to social responsibility at its core, the SPP Media Group stands shoulder to shoulder with those in need, throwing its full support behind the Christodoula March. On Thursday, April 11, 2024, as the main fundraising road event kicks off, the SPP Media Group's building in Nicosia will illuminate the skyline in golden hues, symbolizing unwavering solidarity with the Christodoula March's noble cause. Concurrently, the Group's radio stations will host representatives from the Cyprus Cancer Association on their broadcasts, amplifying the voices of those dedicated to the fight against cancer.

The Christodoula March commenced last Sunday, April 7, 2024, in Limassol, with events planned for April 14 in all other provinces, starting at 10:30 a.m. The March will begin at the following locations in each province:
- Nicosia: "Arodafnousa" Palliative Care Centre
- Larnaca: Finikoudes platform
- Famagusta: Town Hall of Deryneia
- Paphos: Paphos Town Hall

Alongside the Christodoula March, a fundraising campaign supporting the services of the Cyprus Cancer Society will run from April 1 to April 14, featuring fundraising events at various locations and a roadside fundraiser exclusively on April 11.
