Nicosia is about to welcome a new icon in luxury hospitality. The Landmark Nicosia, Autograph Collection, is entering the final stages of construction and is on track to open its doors by the end of November. The project, developed by MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, aims to elevate the capital city’s status as a lifestyle and business destination.

A new standard in luxury
As Cyprus’ first hotel under the globally recognized Autograph Collection by Marriott, The Landmark Nicosia blends historical architecture with modern luxury. The hotel features 265 guest rooms and 18 suites, alongside a range of high-end amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, spa and wellness facilities, a fitness center, padel and tennis courts, luxury boutiques, galleries, and Cyprus’ first Sumosan Contemporary Japanese restaurant.
“The Landmark Nicosia is designed to offer a holistic experience of living, working, and staying in the city,” says MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture. The hotel also includes over 1,500 m² of flexible event and conference spaces, positioning it as a prime location for both professional and social gatherings.

Preparing for the European Union Presidency
The hotel is gearing up to support Cyprus’ Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2026. Since June, staff have undergone specialized training with Marriott consultants to ensure services meet international standards. While the hotel could not bid for conference spaces under government regulations, reserved only for operational hotels, it has already secured numerous group bookings from international and domestic organizations, reflecting strong confidence in the project’s appeal.

The Landmark Towers: Offices and residences
The broader Landmark development includes two additional towers:
- The Landmark Offices, a 16-story building targeting LEED Gold certification, will be delivered by early January 2026. It offers a modern, sustainable environment designed for advanced business needs.
 - The Landmark Residences, a 17-story residential tower, is set to complete its exterior by March 2026, with interior finishing continuing thereafter. It features 54 luxury apartments with 1–3 bedrooms and 3 Sky Villas with private pools and gardens. Already, half of the residences have been sold. Residents will benefit from 24-hour security, concierge services, and panoramic city views.

Both towers include two underground parking levels and are situated within a 10,000 m² landscaped area, emphasizing quality of life and balance in a city-center setting.

A vision for the city
“The project team is working at full pace with a focus on quality and detail, confident in the lasting impact of the development,” MHV notes. With its combination of luxury hospitality, residential living, and office spaces, The Landmark Nicosia is poised to become a defining feature of the city’s skyline and lifestyle.
