Two people have been arrested after a disturbing livestream that allegedly showed a mentally vulnerable man being encouraged to perform degrading acts on social media.
The arrests were made by the Cybercrime Sub-Directorate after investigators gathered evidence and obtained court warrants.
The two suspects are expected to appear before court today, where police will ask for them to remain in custody while the investigation continues.
