The illustrious 22nd Bank of Cyprus Man of the Year Awards 2023 unfolded in all its glory last night, December 7, 2023, at The Royal Hall in Nicosia.
In attendance were esteemed dignitaries, including the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nicos Christodoulides, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mrs. Annita Demetriou, and various political figures. The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, adding a touch of grandeur to the star-studded awards night.
Distinguished as the largest and most enduring awards institution in Cyprus, the Bank of Cyprus Man of the Year Awards strives to shine a spotlight on visionary men across diverse fields, be it science, arts, business, and beyond. These remarkable individuals serve as beacons of inspiration, recognized for their outstanding contributions, ethics, and groundbreaking endeavors.
Guiding us through this glamorous affair was the charismatic Tasos Tryfonos, while the sensational Elena Paparizou added a dynamic spark to the evening's entertainment. The nominees in various categories and the 11 award-winning men of the year captivated the audience with their impactful messages and shared values.
This year's winners were once again selected through a combination of input from MAN magazine readers via a SYMMETRON-conducted survey and the insights of 200 prominent personalities of Cyprus. The meticulous process was overseen by the auditing firm Deloitte.
The resounding success of the Bank of Cyprus Man of the Year Awards 2023, and the spectacular ceremony itself, owes much to the collaborative efforts of MAN magazine, the newspaper "Kathimerini," and their sponsors and supporters.
