This morning starts out looking harmless with mostly clear skies with just a few light clouds floating around the west and north that might drop a quick coastal shower. But come afternoon, those clouds are gonna gather up like a crowd at a block party, bringing local rain and pop-up thunderstorms through the mountains, the inland plains, and sneaking over into the southeast.
