Consulco’s London Credit Fund Q1 2022 Results

Surpassing the annualized targets once more

Consulco achieved a remarkable first quarter of 2022, during which our London Credit Fund achieved a dividend of £ 13.07 per unit of its Class A shares, $ 11.14 per unit for its Class C shares and € 9.00 per unit for its Class E shares.

The annualized return for Q1 2022 was 5.45% for its sterling unitholders, 5.26% for its dollar unitholders and 4.17% for its euro unitholders for each of the above share classes respectively.

One year has passed since the launch of London Credit Fund, in the beginning of 2021; it remains, to this day, Consulco’s leading investment product as it obtains exposure to London property backed short-term loans underwritten by the Group’s experienced team of solicitors, property valuers and bankers on site. Τhe uncertainty of the investment market makes alternative investment products, like the London Credit Fund, the ideal option of low-risk investments but with relatively high returns.

Because of its comparative advantages and the benefits it provides, Consulco’s London Credit Fund attracts the attention of any well-informed and sophisticated investor. This has already been illustrated by the fact that the LCF has outperformed its annualized target return of 4% p.a. for 9 months in a row. The minimum investment in the Fund is 125,000 Euro, with a 12-month minimum investment period. Since inception, its investors have included high-net-worth individuals, companies, provident funds, insurance companies, and banks.

The combination of consistent income and minimal risk is the reason of London Credit Fund’s popularity in a financial world starving for income investments. In an environment of no fixed income, the London Credit Fund steadily offers its investors 4%+ p.a. return on euro and 5%+ p.a. on dollar and sterling.

it’s all about results.
