These individuals heeded the call to "rob JD Sports," prompting their gathering in front of the store.
The message urged people to wear balaclavas and gloves. "Don't come if you can't run," it read.

Subsequently, the police intervened after being informed about the intended looting and had positioned themselves in the vicinity. This led to confrontations erupting between law enforcement and young individuals. Numerous establishments secured their entrances with customers still present inside. As a result, nine individuals were apprehended.
