Looking for something cool to do in the summer heat? Head to the Halloumi Festival in Droushia on August 1 and celebrate the heart and soul of Cyprus.
Visitors can taste the rich, creamy flavor of traditional halloumi, watch how it’s made, and discover its many varieties. The evening will also include a demonstration of trachanas preparation, adding another taste of tradition to the experience.
The festival kicks off at 8 p.m. at Droushia Primary School and promises an enjoyable night for all ages.
