Born in Riesenbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bühner is internationally renowned for his exceptional culinary talent and holds the rare honor of being a three Michelin-starred chef.

Throughout his career, Bühner has received numerous awards and is widely regarded as one of Germany’s most influential chefs.
