Reserva 52 Lounge held the official launch and presentation of its dinner menu on 24 April, in a warm and celebratory atmosphere with live music, a DJ set, flavours and a strong guest presence.
At the heart of the evening was the presentation of the restaurant’s dinner concept, curated by Executive Chef Iosif Giannitsopoulos, with a culinary approach that combines tradition with contemporary Mediterranean elegance.
Inspired by Crete, Cyprus and the wider Mediterranean, Chef Iosif’s cuisine is defined by premium ingredients, seasonality and flavour integrity. His approach is refined, pure and contemporary, while remaining deeply connected to fresh local ingredients and authentic Mediterranean character.
Guests had the opportunity to experience Reserva 52 Lounge’s dinner menu through a selection of dishes that reflected the chef’s philosophy: contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with balance, creativity and attention to detail. From careful execution to elegant presentation, the menu introduces the evening dining experience of Reserva 52 Lounge, shaped around refined flavours, fresh ingredients and warm hospitality.
The evening featured a live performance by the talented Greek singer Thomai Apergi, followed by a DJ set by the experienced Nikos Zavitsianos, creating a vibrant and elegant atmosphere that perfectly matched the spirit of the evening. With many guests in attendance, positive energy and a warm ambience throughout the night, the official presentation of the dinner menu highlighted the culinary offering of Reserva 52 Lounge.
