The Health Ministry confirmed two new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, both involving people falling under special health groups.
The new cases emerged after 2,214 samples were checked for the virus.
According to Health Ministry press officer Margarita Kyriakou, one of the new cases involves patient who was tested upon being admitted into hospital, while the second developed symptoms and was referred by their GP to a public health clinic, where they were tested for the virus.
The cases brought total known cases in the Republic of Cyprus 939.
