Seventeen-year-old Cypriot waterski athlete Andreas Constantinou claimed two gold medals at the Greek Waterski Championships after winning the slalom title in both the U17 and Open men's categories.
The competition took place from July 10 to 12 at Lake Stratos in Agrinio, Greece, where Constantinou represented Cyprus with a standout performance against senior and junior competitors.
According to the Cyprus Water Ski Federation, he recorded a score of 5.00/58/11.25 in the Open slalom event, while also taking first place in the U17 division. The result places him fifth in the European U17 rankings and seventh in the world for his age group.
The federation congratulated the young athlete, praising his commitment and consistency, describing his latest achievement as the product of sustained hard work and steady improvement.
Constantinou's success in Greece adds another milestone to his career, with the teenager continuing to establish himself among the leading U17 waterski athletes internationally.
