The trilateral summit between Cyprus, Greece and Israel will be held on Monday, 4 September in Nicosia with the participation of the leaders from the three countries.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrives on the island on Sunday where he will meet with President Nikos Christodoulides, CNA sources said on Thursday.

The trilateral summit with Greece’s Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, will be held the next day.

Originally set for July 26, the summit was postponed due to Benjamin Netanyahu undergoing surgery.

On Monday, the three leaders will examine defense, security and energy issues, the same sources said.
