Golden Monkey brings a unique Asian dining experience to Cyprus, inviting guests to discover the vibrant flavours, traditions and artistry of Thailand. At the heart of Golden Monkey is Thai Head Chef Lertnapa Maowong, whose 26 years of culinary experience and passion for Thai cuisine inspire the restaurant’s menu. Together with her culinary team, she has created dishes that celebrate the perfect balance of Thai cooking, combining distinctive tastes, aromas, textures and colours.
The experience is also brought to life through weekly Live Cooking Sessions every Monday, where guests can watch the chefs prepare dishes and see authentic Thai cuisine come to life. For those who want to discover more, Golden Monkey also hosts Thai cooking masterclasses, giving participants the opportunity to learn about traditional ingredients and techniques, watch the chefs in action and taste the dishes they have helped bring to life.
Each month, guests are invited to discover something new through the Dish of the Month, exploring different Thai specialities and flavours. Complementing the culinary experience is the Cocktail of the Month, offering a creative Thai inspired creation to enjoy alongside the cuisine.
