Green Agenda Summit: Removing the Speed Bumps

Get ready: Agenda Cy and Kathimerini are bringing back the Green Agenda Cyprus Summit for its second edition on May 19, 2025.

Press Release

Agenda Cy, in collaboration with Kathimerini newspaper, is proud to announce the 2nd Green Agenda Cyprus Summit, to be held on May 19, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.

The summit aims to support Cyprus’ green transition and promote the country as a model of ecological living and sustainable development.

The Green Agenda Cyprus Summit will bring together leaders of the business community, along with high-profile international speakers, to share insights and inspire attendees. Government representatives will play a key role, presenting Cyprus’ progress on the green transition front.

This year’s summit will focus on the business opportunities and growth potential offered by the Green Transition, the shift from energy consumers to prosumers, the current state and challenges of electromobility, marine pollution, and the broader impact of climate change in the Mediterranean basin.

Special attention will be given to water resource management, the decoupling of agriculture from weather conditions, and the urban development strategy for Cypriot cities, guided by bioclimatic design principles and climate change resilience.

Additionally, leading CEOs from Cypriot companies will share their strategies for embracing the Green Transition—setting themselves apart from superficial “greenwashing” trends.

Attendance at the Green Agenda Cyprus Summit 2025 is by invitation only, with a limited number of tickets available for purchase by the public.
