Press Release
The Green Agenda Cyprus Summit, the island’s largest sustainability conference, returns to Nicosia on June 4, 2026, under the theme “Transition as a responsibility (not a trend),” bringing together leading voices in sustainability and innovation.
Among this year’s speakers is John Josephakis, Global Vice President of Sales and Business Development for HPC & Supercomputing at NVIDIA.
At the conference, discussions will explore how NVIDIA is redefining the relationship between high-performance computing (HPC) and environmental responsibility. As demand for artificial intelligence reaches unprecedented levels, the challenge of energy efficiency has never been more urgent.
The session will highlight NVIDIA’s full-stack approach — from energy-efficient GPU architectures and liquid-cooling innovations to its Earth-2 digital twin platform — enabling researchers and businesses to tackle some of the world’s most complex sustainability challenges. It will also examine how AI is being used as a key tool for climate modeling, renewable energy optimization, and the transition toward a net-zero economy.
The Green Agenda Cyprus Summit is presented by Altia.
