The man, described as a 50-year-old Greek Cypriot from Nicosia, was accused of sexually abusing his wife’s daughter between 2008 and 2013.
The victim was between 10 and 15 years old during that period but no details were made public at this point.
A dissenting opinion was written by Judge Kalogerou, who acquitted the man of all charges, while Judges Stavrou and Georgiou-Antoniou both ruled that the man was guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
The court set the next hearing on June 20 for stating the facts and handing down a sentence.
