A 58-year-old man was rushed to Larnaca general hospital in the early hours of Friday after falling from his first floor apartment balcony, with reports claiming he was drunk.
Police said they were notified of an injured man in the centre of Larnaca at just after 2am on Friday.
Police ascertained that the 58-year-old man had fallen from the balcony of his first floor apartment, with Reporter claiming police sources said the man was drunk.
The man was transferred to the Nicosia general hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment in the ICU in critical condition, as he suffered head injuries, rib fractures, and other fractures.
Larnaca police said they were looking into the cause of the fall.
