Newsroom

A new call centre was launched to provide support and information on all issues related to the local coronavirus pandemic and rules in place.

The call centre, launched by the ministry of research, innovation and digital policy, comes as part of ongoing efforts to provide support and clear information during the difficult and highly-charged circumstances we are currently traversing.

It will offer timely and comprehensive information regarding all government initiatives dealing with the pandemic, such as measures in force, governmental decrees, support schemes, information on traveling to and from Cyprus, health protocols and workplace guidelines, and so on.

This call centre will be available to the public from 08:00am to 20:00pm, from Monday to Sunday.

Those calling from a Cypriot number can reach the call centre at 1474, while foreign numbers must dial +357 22285757.

The call centre can also be reached via email, at covid19@dmrid.gov.cy

In case additional clarifications are needed from the relevant authorities, these will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
