Two men, aged 43 and 41, were arrested Friday in connection with separate home burglary and theft investigations in the Paphos district, police said.

The first incident occurred Monday afternoon, May 5, when a residence was broken into and two computers, a mobile phone and other items were reported stolen. Following an investigation by the Peyia Police Station, the 43-year-old suspect was arrested around 9 p.m. Friday under a court-issued warrant.

In a separate case, a 41-year-old man was arrested in connection with a burglary reported early Friday morning at a different residence in Paphos.

Police said the suspect allegedly took a set of house keys from an unlocked, parked car outside the home. A watch was also reportedly stolen from the vehicle. Inside the home, another watch, an electric scooter and a woman’s wallet containing two bank cards were taken.

The 41-year-old suspect was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Friday, following an investigation by the Paphos Criminal Investigation Department.
