Temperatures will fall to around 5 degrees inland, 12 degrees on the west and north coasts, 9 degrees on the rest of the coast, and 2 degrees in the higher mountains, where frost is expected to form locally.
On Wednesday, the sky will be mostly cloudy, with isolated showers or thunderstorms possible from the west. Later, localized showers or thunderstorms are expected in other areas, as well as snow on the higher Troodos peaks. The weather will improve slightly in the evening.
Thursday's weather will be mostly cloudy, with isolated thunderstorms and snow in the higher mountains.
Friday will be partly cloudy with isolated showers and the chance of thunderstorms. Snow is forecast for the higher mountains.
Temperatures will remain near or slightly above average on Wednesday but will fall to near or slightly below average on Thursday. On Friday, no significant changes are expected.
