Home prices increased 5.3% in 3rd quarter of 2022

Compared to the second quarter of 2022 the House Price Index increased by 5.8%.

The House Price Index for the third quarter of 2022 registered an annual increase of 5.3% to 112.51 points, according to a preliminary estimate published by the Statistics Office on Tuesday.

Compared to the second quarter of 2022 the House Price Index increased by 5.8%.

The House Price Index is a quarterly index that measures the change in the average price of residential units. It covers all types of residential units, new and existing. The value of the land is included in the price.
