The Nicosia Tourism Board announced on Wednesday the return of its popular free thematic tours, running from March 29 until the end of December 2025. While the tours are free, participants must register online at visitnicosia.com.cy.
The program features five distinct routes, each showcasing a different aspect of the city’s past and present:

The Nicosia Walled City Tour explores the old town, guiding visitors through medieval landmarks, Eleftheria Square, the Venetian Walls, the Buffer Zone, and the historic municipal area.

The Archaeological Tour delves into Nicosia’s ancient past with visits to the Ledra Museum, the Cyprus Museum, and the imposing Venetian Walls.

The City Museum Tour takes participants through Nicosia’s most important museums, including the Leventis Museum and the Hambis Museum, offering insight into the city’s cultural identity.

The Religion Tour highlights the city’s religious history, featuring key Christian and Muslim monuments.

The Architecture Tour showcases Nicosia’s urban evolution, from historic alleys to modern landmarks like Tower 25 and the 360 Building.
