The arrests followed a coordinated operation involving the Famagusta Criminal Investigation Department (CID), the Larnaca Anti-Robbery Squad and the Larnaca Crime Prevention Unit. The six suspects were located and arrested in the Larnaca district.

They are expected to appear before the Famagusta District Court, sitting in Larnaca, where police will seek remand orders as the investigation continues.
