Acquisition of Centaur Financial Services by Fiduserve Asset Management
Centaur Financial Services Ltd (the "Company") with CIF license number 018/03, announces that it has completed the transfer of all its clients and operations to its new parent company Fiduserve Asset Management Ltd, license number AIFM20/56/2013, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Laws and legislation.
As a result of the absorption of the operations, the new entity will be better able to serve client needs with not only discretionary asset management but also fund solutions under its AIF umbrella fund.
Following this absorption, and as required by the applicable legislation, the Company's CIF license has become redundant and an application has been made under its own initiative for the voluntary renunciation of said license to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
All the Company's business continues unaffected under the operations of the new legal entity.
