Golf resort firm reappoints members

Cyprus Limni Resorts & Golfcourses Plc reappoints four board members, reaffirms high quality project

Cyprus Limni Resorts & Golfcourses Plc has reappointed members of the board and reaffirmed its aim to create a high quality, high standard golf resort.

During the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, the Executive Chairman of the Public Company Cyprus Limni Resorts and Golfcourses Plc, Mr. Nicolas K. Shacolas, presented to the shareholders the results of the Company for the year 2017.

The company aims to create “Limni Bay” which will be an integrated project consisting of two signature golf courses, a country club, luxury hotel, villas, as well as other facilities, services and amenities.

Knews understands the company is still in the licensing phase deadling with both golf course regulations as well as residential ordinances.

Cyprus Limni Resorts & Golfcourses Plc owns land in Limni and Kinousa areas, at Polis Chrysochous, Paphos district, with the property starting from the beach with a 750 seafront and a 150-metre-long pier, extending inland up to the boundaries of state forest land and mountain areas up to 400 metres above sea level.

During the annual meeting, Marios Panayides, George Georgiades, Christos Mavrellis, and Demetris Papapetrou were up for re-election and were reappointed as members of the board. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) was also reassigned as auditor of the Company.
