In 2022, Cyprus hosted the Girl Guide Association of Cambodia, led by First Lady Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, in a landmark cultural exchange. Both countries are exploring opportunities for student exchanges, joint academic programs, and skills development partnerships, particularly in sectors like digital innovation, hospitality, maritime studies, and green energy.
