Air connections between Cyprus, Jordan, and Lebanon have been reinstated following a temporary closure prompted by heightened tensions in the Middle East. Hermes Airports confirmed the reopening of airspace, allowing flights between Larnaka airport and destinations in Jordan and Lebanon to resume without disruption.
Despite the recent conflict, Israeli airlines, including El-Al, Arkia, and Isr Air, are maintaining their regular flight schedules between Larnaka and Tel Aviv. However, other carriers serving Tel Aviv have canceled flights for the time being, with adjustments to their schedules being made daily in response to ongoing developments.
In response to the situation, Cyprus Airways announced the suspension of all flights to and from Beirut scheduled for Monday, April 15. The airline is expected to issue an update later today regarding the status of Tuesday's flights between Larnaka and Tel Aviv, depending on the evolving situation in the region.
