President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, is set to address the delegates during the conference. Notably, Senator Robert Menendez's participation marks a historic occasion, as he joins the event for the first time.

Dignitaries from Cyprus and Greece, along with ambassadors and political party leaders, will provide insights to the participants. The University of Cyprus will host the opening ceremony, which will be broadcast live on CyBC and streamed on Cyta's YouTube channel.

Key speakers during the opening ceremony include Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis, Andreas Papaevripides (President of the World Federation of Overseas Cypriots - POMAK), Philip Christopher (President of the International Coordinating Committee - Justice for Cyprus - PSEKA), and Christos Tuton (President of the Youth of the World Federation of Overseas). President Christodoulides will deliver the keynote address.

Around 300 individuals are participating in the Diaspora conference, which includes repatriated Cypriots from five different countries. Attendees include representatives from POMAK-PSEKA and NEPOMAK. The conference program encompasses a broad range of topics, including foreign policy matters, energy policy, healthcare, investment, and the Cyprus issue. The conference also features cultural events, such as an exhibition and a musical concert.

The gathering aims to foster discussion, collaboration, and networking among Cypriot expatriates and repatriates, as well as to highlight their contributions to their host countries and Cyprus. The event signifies a unique opportunity for Cypriots from across the globe to connect, share experiences, and contribute to the ongoing development of their homeland.
