After yesterday’s record-setting “brrr”, the coldest night of the winter so far, things are finally looking a bit friendlier. A weak low-pressure system is still meandering around, but high pressure is queued up to make its grand entrance tomorrow.
Today: The sun is making a mostly fair appearance, so shake off that frostbite from last night! Northeasterly winds will be moderate to strong (4-5 Beaufort), making the sea a bit feisty, slightly rough to rough. Temperatures will feel downright spring-like compared to yesterday: around 18°C inland, 19°C along the coasts, and a crisp 6°C up in the higher mountains.
Tonight: Expect another mainly fair evening. Winds ease a bit to 3-4 Beaufort, and the sea calms slightly, perfect for cozying up indoors after yesterday’s icy escapade.
Tomorrow (Thursday): High pressure rolls in, bringing mainly fair skies and a nice warm-up.
Friday & Saturday: A few clouds may pop in, but nothing too dramatic. Temperatures will stay slightly above average, so the warmth lingers just long enough to make you forget last night’s record cold.
