- Must be adjacent to a registered road network or have legal access.

- No shading.

For rooftops:
- Suitable for commercial, industrial, or agricultural buildings (e.g., farms).
- Minimum roof area of 500 square meters.
- Structurally capable of supporting the weight of the equipment.
- No shading.
- Possession of a building permit.
