Weather patterns are settling down after a wet weekend as low pressure gradient is affecting the area this week with mostly clear skies and no rain in the forecast.

Tuesday skies will be mostly clear in the early part of the day while increasing clouds are expected in the afternoon over local areas in the mountains. Following a wet weekend, rain has moved out as a low pressure gradient has set in with gentle to moderate winds and a relatively calm sea.

Maximum highs are expected to reach 35° degrees Celsius inland, 30 on the western coast, around 32 in all other coastal regions, while it will be 26 up in the mountains.

Evening weather is expected to be mostly clear with gentle winds and sea ranging from calm to relatively calm. Minimum lows will be 18 degrees in the interior and in the north, around 20 in all other coastal regions, while it will be 14 up in the mountains.

Temperature curves midweek

A three-day forecast for Wednesday through Friday includes mostly clear weather in the early part of the day, while increasing clouds are expected in the afternoon over local areas in the mountains.

Temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Wednesday with levels reaching above normal averages for this time of the year. But a slight drop will follow on Friday, with temperatures close to normal averages just before the weekend.
