A significant number of Russian and Ukrainian tourists scheduled to arrive in Paphos in 2022 are no longer expected to visit Cyprus, according to information from Hermes Airports.

The company said today that 330 thousand passengers were expected to arrive from Russia through Paphos Airport in 2022, and another 40 thousand passengers from Ukraine were expected during this same period.

The impact of the sanctions on Russia due to the invasion of Ukraine has led to the cancellation of these flights into Paphos airport.
