However, as the afternoon progresses, localized cloudiness will intensify, resulting in isolated showers and the potential for brief thunderstorms. These weather phenomena are particularly anticipated in the mountainous regions and southern areas of Troodos. Initially, the winds will predominantly originate from northerly to northeasterly directions, starting as weak to moderate, with speeds of 3 to 4 Beaufort. Gradually, they will become more uniformly moderate, reaching 4 Beaufort. By the afternoon, a shift is expected, with the winds veering towards mainly southwesterly to northwesterly directions. During this transition, the winds will remain weak to moderate, ranging from 3 to 4 Beaufort, occasionally becoming locally moderate at 4 Beaufort.
Regarding sea conditions, the southern and eastern parts will witness a slight to moderate disturbance initially, potentially escalating to a disturbed state in the eastern regions. The western and northern areas will also experience mild to moderate disorders, potentially intensifying a disturbed state. As for temperatures, inland areas can expect a rise to around 36 degrees Celsius, while coastal regions will reach approximately 32 degrees Celsius. In higher mountainous areas, the temperatures will reach around 26 degrees Celsius.
Moving into the night, the weather is forecasted to return to mainly clear conditions. The winds will initially blow from the southwest to northwest, maintaining their previous intensity of weak to moderate, ranging from 3 to 4 Beaufort, with occasional local moderate gusts of 4 Beaufort. Later in the night, a shift in wind direction is expected, with the winds becoming mainly northwesterly to northeasterly while retaining their previous intensity. Sea conditions will remain slightly disturbed in the southern and eastern regions, with temporary escalations to a disturbed state in the east. The western and northern areas will continue to experience mild to moderate disturbances.
