A seasonal low-pressure system has decided to drop by the neighborhood, like that relative who shows up uninvited but at least brings drama.
Today: The sky will mostly behave itself and stay clear. Winds will start from the south-southwest, polite but noticeable (3-4 Beaufort), then later swing around southwest to northwest and crank things up (4-5 Beaufort, aka “goodbye, beach umbrella”). The sea will be somewhere between “wiggly” and “don’t wear your nicest hat.” Temperature-wise: a sizzling 38°C inland, a sweaty 34°C on the southern, eastern, and northern coasts, and a relatively merciful 30°C on the western shores and up in the mountains.
Tonight: Skies will still be clear, though a few low clouds might wander in like party crashers. Winds will keep to their southwest-to-northwest groove, light to moderate (3-4 Beaufort, the kind that just ruins your hair). Seas will range from calm-ish in the east to slightly restless elsewhere. Basically, choose your coastline carefully if you don’t like surprises. Temperatures will dip to a refreshing 23°C inland and along the coasts, and a brisk 19°C up in the higher mountains.
Thursday, Friday & Saturday: Mostly clear skies on repeat. It’s like the weather’s stuck on “sunshine mode” with no intention of hitting shuffle.
By Saturday, the heat will creep up a little more, nudging above the seasonal average, as if you needed reminding that summer doesn’t know how to be subtle.
