The Municipality of Paralimni–Deryneia is rolling out the red (and sparkly) carpet this Christmas, inviting residents and visitors to soak up the festive magic with a rich program of holiday events and themed experiences spread right across the municipality. With one of the most impressive Christmas decorations in Cyprus, the area transforms into a glowing winter wonderland, full of warmth, joy and feel-good moments for all ages.
At the heart of the celebrations is the much-loved Christmas Village in Deryneia, packed with children’s activities, live music, themed nights and plenty of festive surprises to keep spirits high. Over in Paralimni, the Christmas Square shines just as brightly, offering a lively schedule of events and creating the perfect meeting spot for families, friends, and anyone in search of a little Christmas cheer.
Stealing the spotlight this year is the themed park “The Age of Ice,” a fun, interactive journey into a world of snow, ice and imagination. Designed to delight both kids and grown-ups, the experience spans two locations, in Paralimni and Deryneia, each with different exhibits, all accessible with a single ticket.
