Police in Nicosia have arrested a 43-year-old man in connection with the arson of two cars that occurred in the early hours of dawn today.
The arrest followed a thorough evaluation of evidence related to the case, which implicated the individual, identified as a resident of Nicosia. The arrest was carried out this morning under a court warrant, and the suspect has been taken into custody for further questioning.
Earlier in the day, K News reported eyewitness accounts of an explosion in the early morning hours in a gas station on Makarios Avenue, directly across from the Department of Migration.
