Sizzling skies ahead

Clear weather and rising temps to dominate the week

Newsroom

Hey there, folks! Get ready for a toasty day ahead.

Today, we'll be basking under mostly clear skies. Expect light to moderate southwest to northwest winds at 3 to 4 on the Beaufort scale, making the sea a bit choppy to slightly choppy. The mercury's rising, hitting 39°C inland, 31°C on the west coast, 33°C elsewhere along the coast, and a cooler 30°C up in the mountains.

As the sun sets, the clear skies will stick around. Later tonight, keep an eye out for some thin fog or mist, and maybe a few low clouds popping up along the coast. Winds will shift a bit, coming from the northwest to northeast at around 3 Beaufort, with the sea calming down to slightly choppy. Overnight temps will dip to a comfortable 23°C inland and along the coast, and a chillier 19°C in the higher mountains.

Looking ahead to Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, we're in for more clear skies. Temperatures are set to climb noticeably, putting us well above the usual averages. So, get ready for some serious summer vibes! Enjoy!
