The yacht “This Is It” sailed into Mykonos, leaving onlookers in awe, uncertain whether it was a massive floating palace or a vessel straight out of science fiction.
At 144 feet long and 48 feet wide, “This Is It” redefines yachting with its cutting-edge design. Its extensive use of glass creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, while its luxurious accommodations can host 12 guests in six cabins, supported by a crew of 13. Built with an aluminum hull and superstructure, the yacht offers greater onboard space and stability. Powered by twin MTU engines, it cruises comfortably at 17 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots, with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Designed by The Italian Sea Group (TISG) and built in 2024, the futuristic yacht, valued at €490 million, boasts an array of lavish amenities. These include a swimming pool, a spa room with a jacuzzi, luxurious lounges spread over four decks, a cinema, an open kitchen designed for events and cooking demonstrations, a 15-meter tender, two jet skis, and various water toys.
Owned by Cypriot businessman Tassos Papanastasiou, founder of the financial forex platform giant XM, “This Is It” is available for charter. Launched this year, the yacht offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience luxurious relaxation, crafted by the renowned Italian shipyard Tecnomar and boasting interiors by The Italian Sea Group.
With ample deck space and a shallow draft for exploring hidden coves, “This Is It” celebrates the ocean in unparalleled style.
