Crowds are rushing to Santos' stadium in the famous "Vila Belmiro" to bid farewell to the "King" of football.
Since yesterday, a massive tent in the center of the pitch has sheltered the lifeless body of the legendary Brazilian, with the inscription "Long live the King! Pele, 82 years old" on the podium just behind it.
Pele's funeral will take place today in the "Memorial Necropole Ecumenica," a 14-story building purchased by his family in 2003 and located on a site overlooking Santos' stadium.
