A mild low-pressure system has wandered into the area, looking like it might do something interesting, but probably won’t.
Today: Expect the skies to play peekaboo, alternating between blue and “wait, where’d the sun go?” territory. Winds will shuffle between southwest and northwest, easygoing to mildly pushy (3-4 Beaufort). The sea will stay mostly polite, calm to slightly choppy, so it’s safe for seaside strolls, less so for hairstyles. Temperatures will top out around 27°C inland and on the coast, while the mountain folk enjoy a brisk 16°C, otherwise known as “bring a jacket” weather.
Tonight: The stars will get their turn as the skies clear up again. Winds will stay mellow from the northwest (around 3 Beaufort), the kind that just reminds you it’s there. The sea will settle down, calm to a gentle ripple. Temperatures will dip to 14°C inland, 17°C on the coast, and a nippy 9°C up in the mountains; cozy sweater season for the high-altitude crowd.
Saturday & Sunday: Clouds will make an occasional afternoon appearance, pretending they have plans. By Sunday, a few may even work up the effort to drop a sprinkle or two over the mountains. Nothing major, just enough to make hikers feel dramatic about it.
Monday: Back to business with clear skies, calm vibes, and sunshine doing its usual overtime.
Temperatures will hold steady through the weekend, staying just below seasonal norms, a polite reminder that autumn is still trying to figure out what kind of mood it’s in.
