The festive spirit is set to sparkle once again as the Presidential Palace opens its gates to the public for its annual Christmas Village on December 13 and 14, 2025. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., one of Cyprus’s most iconic landmarks will be transformed into a winter wonderland, offering seasonal delights for visitors of all ages.
This year’s event, held under the initiative of First Lady Philippa Karsera Christodoulides and in collaboration with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism and the Press and Information Office, promises a vibrant celebration of Cypriot creativity, tradition, and holiday cheer. The Palace grounds will host a charming array of stalls showcasing handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, decorations, traditional treats, and organic products from small producers across the island.
Children and families can look forward to festive performances, music, and interactive activities throughout the weekend. A major highlight will be the chance to meet Santa Claus in his beautifully decorated house, as well as the premiere of a new film produced by the Press and Information Office.
Continuing the philanthropic spirit of previous years, participating vendors will donate 10% of their proceeds to support the Welfare Fund of the School for the Deaf, reinforcing the event’s commitment to giving back during the holiday season.
To ensure smooth access, parking will be available at the English School, with free shuttle service provided to and from the Palace. Vehicle entry into the Palace grounds will be restricted to visitors holding a disability parking permit.
With its blend of festive charm, local craftsmanship, and community spirit, the Christmas Village at the Presidential Palace is poised to be one of the season’s most enchanting events, inviting everyone to celebrate the magic of Christmas in a truly special setting.
